Kinky Twist Hair

I find that the the Janet Collection 100% Kanekalon is a really good brand for afro kinky twist hair.

Whatever you do, DO NOT use the afro kinky from a company called Final Touch. I tried that and almost immediately broke out in a rash on my face. Horrible!
For non human hair curly weave or curly braids I find that the Aftress range feels really nice and silky nothing like the human hair prices.

Barbados Island Queen Beauty Pageant!

Hey Guys!

As we scope the world in search of the top hair and beauty salons, we took a stop in the beautiful island of Barbados for the 2009 Island Queen Beauty Pageant.

This event was sponsored by King Magazine out of the USA. The ladies were in fine form and we got some shots of the hairstyles and make up to give you all some creative ideas for your next special engagement!

There were a lot of weave hairstyles curly and straight. Long weaves and short weaves. Sasha wore her hair natural in locks. One of the presenters had a kinky twist hairstyle.

The beauty pageant contestants were mainly from Barbados and Trinidad.
